Waaree Energies

A learning journey through solar-module manufacturing, laboratory testing, quality assurance, maintenance and packaging.

Manufacturing

I observed how individual solar cells become photovoltaic modules, including cell interconnection, lamination, vacuum processing, cooling and sealing. Automated vacuum pick-and-place systems demonstrated precision and process control at scale.

Testing & reliability

The laboratory covered water-leak, insulation, continuity, accessibility and sharp-edge tests; peel, dynamic mechanical load, lap-shear and junction-box robustness; and performance and environmental testing including electroluminescence, sun simulation, thermal cycling, humidity-freeze and UV exposure.

Takeaway

Automation and human judgement work side by side. The experience changed how I think about quality, precision and manufacturing at scale.
