Rhythmsoft Robotics & Automation
A one-week job-shadowing internship that gave Varish his first close look at industrial automation in practice.
What I saw
Rhythmsoft is a turnkey automotive-robotics manufacturer. I followed the machine lifecycle from raw material and mechanical processes to robotic systems and deployment.
Engineering exposure
I studied milling, drilling, lathe and CNC processes; KUKA 6-axis robots and pneumatic clamping; and electrical systems including PLCs, control panels and three-phase power.
Takeaway
This was my first close exposure to how automation drives real manufacturing decisions, and a turning point in choosing engineering academically.
